How to order

You can order by email or use our how to order form in our website. Production estimates are based on the time when final approval and a deposit is secured, to the time when order ready for shipment.

Please make sure that your order is clearly wrote products codes, quantities and/or any other necessary information.

We also accept custom design/made to order with your logo by sending the pictures/sketch of design or product details to yoga2474@yahoo.com , info@cempakabali.com or through our inquiry form.

There is a choice of options for shipment. All major courier companies are in Bali, you can use our cooperation shipment company or if you have an account we can ship using your number.

We offer discount for wholesale order.

Payment Method

We only accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank. We will inform you by quotation or Performa Invoice of the full cost of your order. Our standard terms are 50% deposit of the total payment, 50 % on dispatch. You will be requiring paying us your deposit when you confirm your order and the rest of the money we will keep you inform via email or fax. We dispatch the completed order when we received your final payment.

Please send your transfer slip to us by contact us in order that we can locate your transfer.

Shipping Information

The costumer is responsible for the cost of transportation from our factory to the final destination. You have the choice of shipping company and air or sea freight. Shipment could be arranged through Cargo Company as requested. The delivery time takes 7-21 working days based on your destination. Packing Information

Our goods will be packed in standard export cartons to suit overseas transportation method depending on size, category and quantity of items. If packages are damaged upon receipt, you must contact the shipping carrier immediately in order to make a claim, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged packages.

Prices

Although we strive to maintain low prices, they are subject to change due to market fluctuations. Prices do not include sales tax, shipping & handling charges.
